Videos with Vimeo!

Just to mention a great website for creating videos with your pictures with Vimeo. I used this website to upload my previous blog post video: Milo's day, which I created on Windows Movie Maker.

Pros

1. It is a free website which you can use.
2. You can sign in with your Google account
3. Videos are in HD
4. You can add music
5. There are some free themes

Cons

1. You need to pay to upgrade to a better package
2. In the free package it is limited to the extent to which you can customise
3. It takes a long time to upload your video - mine took forty minutes.

Nevertheless it is a good website and worth having a look.

A blogger to recommend

Recently I have stumbled across an interesting blog called Mr P's ICT blog. I highly recommend having a look at this blog as it demonstrates many examples of the use of ICT in classrooms, for example interactive multimedia diary entries. His work is truly outstanding and his blog is very creative. Students, teachers and parents can have a look at this blog to be inspired to try new innovative ways on how ICT can be used across the curriculum.
